The original painting (size was very similar to "Three Skulls," by Paul Cezanne) was intentionally destroyed prior to the piece's installation in the GM Design Center in MI.

So, I parodied a famous painter's painting (chosen because the format fit onto a poster nicely), made it into souvenir, then destroyed it (and kept the souvenirs). The scale was exaggerated so that the viewer has no sense of how large (or small) the original painting was.

The ceramic decals were designed by me, laser printed (china paint), and fired on.
